Terms of use:

  1. Bonju will provide two categories to start with – a Bonju Basic Cab and a Bonju Mini Van.

We currently have two different models for pricing . We have the In-App prices and The Non-App prices.

When booking over the Bonju Ride App prices are as follows :

Bonju Basic: Up to 4 passengers (+ luggage)

Starting Price: 3.40 Euro

Price Per Kilometer: 0.80 Euro 

Bonju Mini Van: Up to 7 passengers (+ luggage)

Starting Price: 5.20 Euro

Price Per Kilometer: 1.30 Euro 

This is a limited time offer that will run until the end of February.

When booking over the phone and not using the app the prices are as follows :

Bonju Basic: Up to 4 passengers (+ luggage)

Starting Price: 4 Euro

Price Per Kilometer: 1 Euro 

Bonju Mini Van: Up to 7 passengers (+ luggage)

Starting Price: 6 Euro

Price Per Kilometer: 1.50 Euro 

  1. Bonju Basics have the following features:
  • Can take up to 4 passengers
  • Can only allow up to 4 big luggages as a maximum or 8 small luggages.
  • Our cabs do not have wheelchair access but assistance is always provided.
  • Children under 2 years need to be carried in a car seat and if the client cannot provide it, he/she has to place his/her booking over the phone otherwise the driver will not provide the service to this client. There are no additional charges for the baby seat for the time being.
  • The Bonju basic shares these categories and features with the Bonju Minivan, meaning that, unless specified, a Bonju Minivan can pick you up even when requesting a Bonju basic.
  1. The Bonju Mini Van will have the following attributes It:
  • Can take up to 7 passengers
  • Can only allow up to 7 big luggages or 10 small luggages.
  • The Bonju Minivan does not have wheelchair access, however, assistance is always provided.
  • Our cabs do not have wheelchair access, however, assistance is always provided.
  • Children under the age of 2 years need to be carried in a car seat. If the client cannot provide the car seat, he/she has to place his/her booking over the phone, otherwise the driver will not be able to provide the service to this client. There are no additional charges for the baby seat for the time being.
  • The Bonju Minivan can be used to serve as a Bonju basic.
  1. If your additional stops are between 1 and 10 minutes you will be charged by the meter according to the distance travelled.
  2. If your stops require the driver to wait for more than 10 minutes you will be required to request the rental package. The driver has the authority to switch to a rental package himself should you not comply with these rules.

Rental Packages:

  1. The client has to option to rent a particular vehicle category for specified time with a specified price. The rental packages are as follows:
  • Bonju Basic and Bonju Basic Flexy for 1 hour at 25 Euro (for the whole duration) plus 0.33 cents per minute for time elapsed.
  • Bonju Basic Flexy for for 2 hours at 43 Euro (for the whole duration) plus 0.33 cents per minute for time for time elapsed.
  • Bonju Basic Flexy for 3 hours at 60 Euro (for the whole duration) plus 0.33 cents per minute for time for time elapsed.
  • Bonju Minivan Flexy for 1 hour at 35 Euro(for the whole duration) plus 0.50 cents per minute for time for time elapsed.
  • Bonju Minivan Flexy for 2 hours at 66 Euro (for the whole duration) plus 0.50 cents per minute for time for time elapsed.
  • Bonju Minivan Flexy for 3 hours at 80 Euro (for the whole duration) plus 0.50 cents per minute for time for time elapsed
  1. The driver is responsible for his own safety and well-being and that of the vehicle. That being said, the driver has every right to refuse to give service to a client if he/she is intoxicated or any under the influence of any substance, if the client is acting in an aggressive manner or if he/she is acting in a way which poses a potential threat to the said driver and car.
  2. Soiling or damage of any kind in the vehicle will incur an additional charge based on the estimated damage.
  3. Our drivers are asked to assist clients with their luggage – to load/unload at street level. However, the driver is not required to carry your personal belongings into private premises upon arrival at your destination. The driver can do this out of his/her own will.
  4. Bonju holds only one type of waiting time charge. When your cab arrives you will have 10 minutes to hop on board. After 10 minutes there is an additional charge of 50 cents per minute until you arrive in the vehicle and the trip begins. If you don’t show up after 15 minutes your driver reserves the right to cancel the trip only after informing the client. Should you realize that you will not make it in the stipulated time period, it is highly recommended to advise your driver.
  5. Arrivals – Upon the driver’s arrival at the airport, the client is given a grace period of 30 minutes free of charge from the specified MIA landing time. The client is obligated to inform the driver upon landing if he is going to be late. A waiting charge of 50 cents per min will start being applied after 30 minutes to which the driver also has the option to cancel your booking should you not inform him of being late.
  6. Bonju does not charge any cancellation fees. Nevertheless, we do have a cancellation policy as follows: Our system can monitor the amount of cancellations done by a client, and we reserve the right to refuse our services to you without any reason given.
  7. In order to avoid any disappointments with regard to missed flights, airport departures should be booked 3 hours prior to the stipulated departure time of the said flight. Only then,can we guarantee that you will be at the airport in time for your flight. Bonju will not be held responsible for any missed flights if your booking is not placed in the 3-hour time frame mentioned above.
  8. We are not liable for any goods or belongings left in the vehicles, or for any damage done in the handling of such items.
  9. Bonju’s Lost and Found Policy is that if the driver finds any personal belongings in his/her car belonging to a client, he/she is to contact the client if he/she knows who the client is. If not, the driver is requested to return the lost items to our Head Office and the Bonju Team will try to get in touch with the client. Alternatively, the client can call Bonju as soon as he/she realises that an item is lost.
  10. Bonju accepts your pets on board too. Domestic pets need to be in their proper portable carry-case, and this should not hinder or block entrance into the vehicle. The same rules apply for the transportation of exotic pets, however, the driver reserves the right to refuse to take your pet on board should he have any kind of phobia. It is highly recommended to inform our Call Center should you need to transport any particular exotic animal. The company is not responsible for the well-being of your pets. If you do not keep your pet in the proper portable case, your driver reserves the right to cancel the trip.
  11. Verification process – Before any driver, company or self employed driver can use our service they need to provide us with specific documentation. Only when and if such documents have been verified by our accounts manager, shall we provide access to our platforms.
  12. The enrollment journey of a driver is as per the below. These next two points will focus on both when he/she is working as a representative of any said company, or even when he/she is applying as self-employed.
  13. In the case of an individual driver who requests enrollment, he/she will be called in for a meeting with our enrollment manager. If upon the first interview the driver is verified, he/she will be asked to provide the above-mentioned documents. Once the documents are verified, he/she will be called in for his induction training. The first part of the training is theory based, the second part will be practical training. After and only if the driver meets all of Bonju’s expectations, will we give the driver an account to operate.
  14. The enrollment journey of a company is as follows: Upon request for enrollment, the company representative  is asked to attend a one-to-one interview with our enrollment manager. If upon the first interview the driver is verified to work with us, they will need to provide the relevant company documents along with the documentation for each individual driver working under that company’s name. Upon verification of such documents the drivers of that particular company will be called in to follow the same process of training. If the company needs to add drivers to its fleet the enrollment journey of a regular driver has to be done.
  15. As of the 17th of December smoking inside all Bonju vehicles is prohibited.
